Abstract

Notropical idiopathic splenomegaly or Dacie's syndrome is massive splenomegaly of unknown cause, accompanying the pancytopenia, especially neutropenia and subsequently developing malignant lymphoma. We reported a case of nontropicla idiopathic
splenomegaly confirmed by surgery in a 33-year-old woman who presented with severe exertional dyspea and huge splenomegaly.
